Creative + Innovative Capital Solutions
We structure & place capital.
Capital raising, deal structuring, and exit advisory for investors, founders, and real estate sponsors. Seed-stage rounds through growth equity and middle-market M&A.
The firm
Investments and advisory across the full transaction spectrum.
Galaxy Venture Capital serves investors, founders, and real estate sponsors. At our core we are entrepreneurs, investors, and advisors, and we take a hands-on approach to everything we put our name on.
From seed-stage rounds through growth equity and middle-market M&A, we cover the full range: conventional debt and equity placements executed cleanly, and the creative, structured work that needs more invention. Same standard of care either way.
Our clients run from high-growth startups and family-owned enterprises to established operators, family offices, and high-profile individuals. The work is discreet, the relationships are long, and the introductions are earned.
Capabilities
The capital stack, mapped.
Straightforward or structured, senior to sell-side. Most advisors are fluent in one layer and improvise the rest.
Senior debt
Construction, bridge, acquisition, and permanent financing. Bank, debt fund, agency, and government-backed sources.
Illustrative model
Shape a stack against a project cost.
Every figure below is yours to set. Nothing is pre-filled, nothing is saved, and nothing leaves your browser.
Enter a project cost, then set each layer's share and assumed rate.
Illustrative only. Rates and structures shown are user inputs, not offered terms, and do not represent an offer, quote, or commitment from Galaxy Venture Capital or any affiliated broker-dealer. This model runs entirely in your browser. No values are stored, transmitted, or logged.

How we work
Our approach
Assessment
We run a full assessment of the business before the raise: earnings quality, entity structure, working capital, tax exposure, and operating performance.
Structuring
Senior through common, and the terms in between, structured toward the outcome you want: growth capital, partial liquidity, an outright sale, or a handoff to the next generation.
Preparation
Model, memorandum, positioning, and full data room management, prepared to the standard an institutional diligence process expects.
Placement
To market through our broker-dealer: institutional investors, family offices, credit funds, and strategic buyers. We qualify interest, then run diligence and negotiation to close.
